Multi-disciplinary researcher with expertise in arid ecosystems and applied restoration expertise in the Wet Tropics, and climate change policies relating to landuse. PhD on climate change policies relating to landuse and biodiversity.
ARC Thiaki Rainforest Restoration program working collaboratively with several universities and many PhD and Master students to examine cost-effective restoration for carbon and biodiversity outcomes.
Award-winning author. Latest book is Cloud Land published by Allen & Unwin. Short-listed for Queensland People's Choice Award 2023.
