TheĀ Centre for Research Excellence (CRE) in the Prevention of Chronic Conditions in rural and remote populations is a collaboration between the University of South Australia, James Cook University, the Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia, Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council and the Royal Flying Doctor Service with funding provided by theĀ Australian Primary Health Care Research Institute (Australian National University) CRE Program (2012-2015).
