Holovir : The Taxonomic and functional role of virus communities in marine holobiont systems

Adventures in Bioinformatics Seminars are back for 2017. Our first seminar will be by Patrick Laffy from AIMS. He'll be speaking about Holovir, a bioinformatics pipeline for investigating the diversity and function of viruses in invertebrate holobionts. As usual we will have light refreshments afterwards and a chance to chat to Patrick about his work.
