A qualitative, descriptive study utilising three focus groups was conducted. Participants were individuals with MS who had an Expanded Disability Status Scale score of 0-4, indicating full ambulation. Data were analysed thematically aided by NVivo software.

This data record includes participant demographics, focus group summaries, NVivo coding nodes, thematic maps and member checking sheets. Audio files and transcriptions are not available due to confidentiality reasons.
