Dataset and interactive version of Fig.1 and Fig.3 of the manuscript: Importance of health assessments for conservation in noncaptive wildlife

The dataset includes the 261 studies analysed, sorted by author name. Please note that some studies were duplicated to account for multiple categories (highlighted in grey in the .xlsx and .ods formats). 

The dataset is available as a spreadsheet saved in Comma-separated values (.csv), MS Excel (.xlsx) and Open Document (.ods) formats.

An interactive version of the following figures is included as .html file:

- Figure 1. "Global distribution of wildlife health assessments studies in relation to area (million km2), showing a mismatch between country of study (blue) and biodiversity hotspots (red) (n=261 studies)."

- Figure 3a and 3c. "Analyses of (a) co-occurrences and (c) collaboration networks between countries (n=261 studies)."
