Proteomic analysis of allergenic proteins in King crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus) and Edible crab (Cancer pagurus)

This dataset contains information on the screening of IgE binding proteins in different extracts prepared from King crabs and Edible crabs using the immunoblotting method. In addition, IgE binding proteins were identified using in-gel tryptic digest and mass spectrometry. Percent amino acid sequence coverage, mascot scores and native molecular weight details have been provided.
