This trial tested the effect of nitrogen form and rate on fusarium wilt of banana. Additional analysis included banana proteome, soil pathogen qPCR and 16s and ITS amplicon sequencing, banana C and N content and stable isotope ratios, soil ammonium, nitrate and pH and more.
