Attachment Morais_Bellwood_Pelagic_Subsidies_Datasets.zip This includes datasets required in the R scripts to reproduce the analyses from the manuscript. It also includes a dataset with traits for all species detected and an object that exclusively stores parameters for a model (.rds, which should be read inside R). Another dataset required is stored at another entry in the Tropical Data Hub, under the doi: 10.4225/28/5ae8f3cc790f9.
Attachment Morais_Bellwood_Pelagic_Subsidies_Scripts.zip This includes five R scripts with all the analyses from the manuscript, plus an additional script with auxiliary functions. These should be used with the free R Software to repeat the analyses from the manuscript.
