The data investigating the key factors influencing student satisfaction was collected in 2009 using a pencil-and-paper survey. A self-administered structured questionnaire was used to collect survey responses. Volunteer students aged 18 to 59 provided quantitative data on several measures including the Study Skills Self-Efficacy Scale; Student Satisfaction; Brown’s Locus of Control Scale; Academic Self-Efficacy Scale; and the Hope Scale.
