    In silico markers for generations 9-11 of the Abbassa Strain of Nile tilapia, Egypt. Samples provided by WorldFish. Extractions and genotyping conducted by Diversity Arrays. 

    Dataset consists of SNP (single-nucleotide polymorphisms) genotyping report (Report_DTi15-1800_DTi16-2449_DTi16-2090_DTi16-2108_SNP_singlerow_1.csv) and metadata in MS Excel (.xlsx) and JSON (.json) formats. Metadata applies to both SNP (Related Data) and In silico reports.
