This data set contains behavioural , response to predator cue and water chemistry data from two experiments which investigated how diel CO2 cycles affect the behavioural performance of coral reef fish under ocean acidification. Experiment one was performed at the aquarium research facility at James Cook University. Experiment two was performed at the National Sea Simulator facility at the Australian Institute of Marine Science. Behavioural laterilization was determined using a two-way T maze and response to a predator cue was determined using a two-channel choice flume. Data collection took place between February-August 2016.
