Dataset for: The effect of sound lure frequency and habitat type on male Aedes albopictus (Diptera: Culicidae) capture rates with the Male Aedes Sound Trap

This data describes a series of experiments using the Male Aedes Sound Trap to capture male Ae. albopictus mosquitoes on Masig (Yorke) Island, Torres Strait, Queensland, Australia. This work was conducted between 22/03/2019 – 8/4/2019 and 11/03/2020 – 25/03/2020.

The data from the three experiments is archived into one database. Each experiment is organised into a different tab on the MS Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet: Experiments 1 ("freq_01"), 2 ("freq_02") and 3 ("habitat_01").
