A data set containing unfiltered genome wide Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms derived from the proprietary reduced representation genome wide sampling method developed by Diversity Arrays Technology, called DARTseq. Aipysurus species from Western Australia are represented in this data set. This data was produced by Blanche D'Anastasi.

From 1 January 2023 the dataset will be publicly accessible.
