Next-Gen Sequencing for fevers

This dataset contains data from 3 stages of study, the details are follows: Study 1: data was collected from medical records of patients presenting to Cairns Hospital with acute undifferentiated fever during the period of 1 July 2008-30 June 2011. Study 2: data were the results of spectrophotometry analysis to determine the amount of DNA in the blood circulation of healthy humans. Study 3: data consists of pre- and post- analysis of DNA and cDNA sequence.
