Rachel Bradshaw is a Law Lecturer and First Year Coordinator for Law at the College of Business, Law and Governance at JCU Cairns. Rachel has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from James Cook University and a Master of Laws Degree from Queensland University of Technology. Her research area is intellectual property law.

- 2012 - JCU Award for Excellence in the category of Learning and Teaching for commitment to continuous improvement in student experience and retention in the First Year Law Program.
- 2011 - JCU Faculty Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning for exceptional guidance extended to students navigating their first year of Law, through pastoral care based on knowing and understanding students' learning needs.
- 2008 - JCU Citation for outstanding contribution to student learning (joint recipient with Mandy Shircore and Dominique Thiriet) for approaches to assessment feedback and learning support that foster independent learning.
