Dr Kelsey Halbert, is a Senior Lecturer in Education whose work focuses on student and teacher agency in the school and community. Kelsey conducted her doctoral research into values education and was awarded her PhD in 2010. In 2011, she took up her current position and coordination of Service Learning for Sustainable Futures and Education for Cultural Diversity, core subjects in the Bachelor of Education which engage community partners to develop students’ cultural understandings.
